Job summary

Ladders seeks a Sr Business Analyst Finance Systems (SAP FICO) to support finance systems operations for a global healthcare leader. This remote role focuses on ensuring reliability of core accounting processes and partnering with finance and IT teams.

You will drive testing, data conversion, deployment, and financial close support, while guiding cross-functional efforts to strengthen system performance and day-to-day finance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in finance systems, particularly SAP FICO.
• Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 or SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on finance modules.
• Strong understanding of integrated processes, including P2P, O2C, and RTR.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience in testing for finance systems.
• Excellent communication skills for a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Support financial systems maintenance tasks, primarily SAP FICO and related applications.
• Coordinate with local accounting managers and IT teams for integrated operations.
• Define and document business requirements in collaboration with finance controllers.
• Develop test scenarios and validate finance data conversions and enhancements.
• Guide the team in the design, testing, and deployment of financial solutions.
• Support seamless financial close processes across the organization.
• Assist with project governance and Delegation of Authority tasks.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Business Analyst Finance Systems(SAP FICO) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This remote role focuses on supporting finance systems operations and improving the reliability of core accounting processes across a global organization. The position will partner closely with finance controllers, local accounting managers, and IT teams to translate business needs into workable system solutions. The successful candidate will help drive testing, data conversion, deployment, and financial close support for integrated finance processes. The role also includes guiding cross‑functional efforts that strengthen system performance, process consistency, and day‑to‑day finance operations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $134,910 – $185,504 annually
