Sr. Business Analyst (e-Commerce) - Korean Language (JN -092026-430323) Plano, Texas

Salary: USD45 - USD53 per hour

We are seeking candidates with Business Analysis and Korean language skills, to work in a W2 hourly role with Roth Staffing on a team for our client in Plano TX. This role is part of a rapidly expanding e-ommerce business and is onsite daily. No 3rd party candidates can be considered for the role.

Responsibilities:

The role will primarily involve business analyst and communication with system development team work, but will also include some traditional user interface and application module management as well. Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in IT and/or MIS related discipline
• Bilingual (English + Korean): Must be able to read, write and speak in both
• Over 9 years of business process analyze experience (Sales or logistics experience related e-Commerce System experience a plus)

Required Skills:

• Must have system analysis ability and knowledge of system interface include XML
• Must have knowledge in generating system and business process documentation
• Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, time management skills required
• Effective interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with co-workers and other staff
• Strong communication-both oral and written to convey information in a clear and concise manner
• Experienced database development skills including advanced SQL programming

Preferred Skills:

• Strong business process related analysis and consultation skills; ability to lead and guide clients
• Knowledge of ERP Logistics and general logistics and supply chain-related processes
• Basic knowledge of SQL and web system management
• Proven ability to multi-task and maintain organized handling multiple clients across different divisions
• Strong aptitude to work within deadlines both independently and as part of a team
• Retail or Ecommerce experience or an internship within e-commerce a plus
