Role and Responsibilities

The Strategic Planning team seeks a Business Planning Analyst to influence our growth strategies, particularly in hiring and capital allocation. This role involves partnering with leadership to deliver insights and support strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Developing investment plans aligned with business goals
2. Building business cases and analyzing R&D investments
3. Creating financial models for revenue and ROI forecasts
4. Collaborating with Sales, Growth, and Product teams to optimize revenue strategies
5. Partnering with Talent Acquisition and leadership to execute growth plans
6. Establishing KPIs and reporting dashboards for performance tracking
7. Working across departments to enhance quality, volume, service, and profitability
8. Applying analytics for decision-making and problem-solving
9. Demonstrating strong business judgment, leadership, and integrity
10. Building and leading high-performing teams and fostering innovation
11. Communicating effectively with executives and influencing strategic decisions

Qualifications

Basic:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field
• Minimum 1 year of analysis experience
• Minimum 1 year of SQL querying experience

• Master’s Degree in Business or related quantitative fields
• Over 1 year of experience in statistical modeling, market research, SQL, business analysis, and consulting
