Job description

We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Business Analyst to join our team and drive the successful delivery of B2B solutions by bridging business needs and technical execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, creating process flows using Visio, translating business needs into detailed user stories, and supporting data-driven decisions through Excel-based analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand needs and identify gaps.
• User Stories & Functional Specifications
• Write clear, concise, and testable User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for Agile/Scrum teams.
• Maintain and groom the product backlog with prioritized requirements.
• Process Modeling & Flow Design
• Develop Visio process flows, swimlane diagrams, and system interaction diagrams to map current and future business processes.
• Assist in designing workflows to support process improvement initiatives.
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Use Excel to perform data analysis, generate reports, and support decision-making.
• Create pivot tables, dashboards, and visualizations to track KPIs and metrics.
• B2B Solutions Analysis
• Work with B2B clients to define integration points, APIs, and workflows between systems.
• Support onboarding and optimization of enterprise-level platforms and business partner interactions.
• Stakeholder Communication
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding of requirements and constraints.
• Prepare documentation, status updates, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a B2B environment.
• Microsoft Visio (process mapping, flowcharts)
• Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts)
• Requirements elicitation and documentation
• Experience with enterprise platforms, APIs, CRM/ERP integrations a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, a plus
