Job summary

Qualifications

Role Purpose Statement

Leads reporting and business analysis efforts that improve operational performance, support strategic initiatives, and drive continuous improvement. Works across business and technology teams to develop solutions that enhance data visibility, decision‑making, and process effectiveness.

Main Accountabilities

• Lead cross‑functional initiatives that improve operational performance, reporting capabilities, and business processes across multiple functional areas.
• Drive development and implementation of reporting, dashboards, and data solutions that improve operational and financial decision‑making by senior leadership.
• Establish data quality, consistency, and availability standards across Finance and Operations by creating trusted and actionable business information.
• Influence business and technology stakeholders to improve data accessibility, reporting effectiveness, and information usability.
• Translate business requirements into analytical, reporting, and process improvement solutions that support business objectives across multiple locations and functional areas.
• Implement process improvement, systems enhancement, and operational initiatives through root‑cause analysis and data‑driven recommendations.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in finance, business analysis, operations, or related disciplines.
• Advanced knowledge of data models, reporting environments, data pipelines, ERP systems, and business intelligence solutions (SAP and Databricks preferred).
• Ability to translate business needs into data‑driven insights, reporting solutions, and actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in collaborating with technical teams to develop data integrations, dashboards, reporting tools, and analytical solutions.
• Experience leading cross‑functional process improvement, reporting, and systems initiatives.
• Demonstrated influence in driving stakeholder adoption of data‑driven business solutions.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
