Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Augusta, Maine is seeking a business systems analyst to help gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle. You will translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders, coordinate testing and rollout, and support data migration and user training in a fast-paced IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze system requirements, identifying dependencies, conflicts, and gaps.
• Design and document systems, including functional specs, user stories, and design docs.
• Plan and execute system testing and QA, including functional, integration, and UAT.
• Support system implementation, including data migration and user training.
• Engage stakeholders to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for system requirements gathering and analysis, which includes analyzing requirements to identify dependencies, conflicts, and gaps.
• Responsible for system design and documentation, which includes developing functional specifications, user stories, and system design documents.
• Responsible for system testing and quality assurance, which includes conducting system testing, including functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• System implementation and support, which includes support system implementation activities, such as data migration, user training, and system golive.
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate effectively, translating technical concepts into business � friendly language.
