Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a skilled System Analyst to gather requirements, design and document system specifications, and lead testing efforts. The role includes supporting data migration, training, and go-live activities, while translating technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders.

The position is based in Missouri, with emphasis on collaboration across IT and business teams to ensure successful system implementations and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and analyzing requirements to identify dependencies, conflicts, and gaps.
• Ability to develop functional specifications, user stories, and system design documents.
• Experience in system testing and QA, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Experience with system implementation activities like data migration, user training, and go-live support.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, translating technical concepts into business-friendly language.

• Responsible for system testing and quality assurance, which includes conducting system testing, including functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• System implementation and support, which includes support system implementation activities, such as data migration, user training, and system golive.
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate effectively, translating technical concepts into business � friendly language.
