Cornerstone Home Lending, a division of Cornerstone Capital Bank, seeks a Builder Finance Manager to drive financial performance, budgeting, and long-term growth strategies. You will partner with Velocio managers on compensation modeling, market profitability, and data-driven decisions.
The role focuses on developing profitability insights, implementing reporting tools, and guiding management with strategic financial planning for builder divisions.

The Builder Finance Manager is responsible for driving the financial performance of a builder entity, as well as long-term growth strategies. Accountable for annual budgeting and key performance indicator monitoring while guiding management with data-driven financial decisions that enhance profitability and strengthen builder relationships.
Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude. In addition, you’ll need the following qualifications:
Strong understanding of technology, both theory and in practice.
Strong organizational skills, and detail oriented.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel.
Superior analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Knowledge of mortgage industry and financial concepts associated with mortgages.
This position requires 7+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
This position requires 7+ years of experience in mortgage sales, secondary, and financial modeling.
