TekWissen LLC is seeking a Sr Material Handler in Waltham, MA for a 3-month onsite assignment. You will support daily warehouse, inventory and logistics operations, handling inbound shipments, picking and packing orders, and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills, ability to stand for long periods and lift 10–50 lb, and a customer-first mindset.

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field preferred but not required.
• Employee will be required to stand and move around for long periods and lift 10–50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Receive inbound shipments from suppliers and put away products, equipment, and shipping materials.
• Fulfill customer orders, including picking, packing, and shipping of kits and instruments.
• Coordinate day-to-day parcel and freight shipping activities with FedEx and other providers.
• Perform inventory management for lab and distribution operations.
• Work with lab coordinators to ensure lab operations have sufficient reagent supply.
• Track lab and distribution stock and conduct periodic inventory checks.
• Ensure internal and customer orders are correctly processed from start to finish.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of logistics space and storage areas.
• Communicate with customer care specialists to provide customers with up-to-date information.
• Independently solve logistical or general problems with a customer-first approach.
