Job summary

Leoforce is seeking an experienced Senior BIM Specialist in Oakland, CA to lead BIM modeling and coordination on large-scale projects. The role focuses on Revit mastery, document production planning, and guiding BIM workflows across multiple facilities.

The ideal candidate will oversee model coordination, leverage Forma/AC Cloud tools, and drive efficiency with add-ins and third-party software. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams, ensuring accurate BIM data,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Autodesk Revit 2023-2026 and related BIM software experience in a structures or related department.
• Working knowledge of Forma (Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Experience with BIM model coordination software such as Navisworks and Revizto.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu and Studio sessions.
• Experience using Revit add-ins and third-party software to increase workflow efficiency, such as Ideate Software, Dynamo, and pyRevit.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD in a structural engineering or architectural setting. Construction experience a plus.
• Experience with large-scale healthcare, education, civic, science and technology, or industrial manufacturing buildings.
