Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of coding experience required.
• Experience with accounts receivable and modifiers.
• Knowledge of CMS reimbursement requirements and third-party payor rules.
• Experience with medical necessity evaluations, denials, bundling issues, and charge capture.
• Familiarity with anatomy, physiology and medical terminology.
• Knowledge of third-party billing and payer requirements.
