Authority Brands Inc. is recruiting a Sr Billing Analyst to join our fast-growing Revenue Operations team in a role focused on billing, accounts receivable and revenue reconciliation. The position reports to the SVP Revenue Operations and offers exposure to senior management and career growth.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years in Accounting or Finance, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with some remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Accounting or Finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Advanced Excel / PowerPoint skills.
• Proactive & highly organized self-starter with excellent communication/collaboration skills.
• Flexible, able to handle multiple priorities and work independently.
• Ability to think creatively while maintaining high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process customer billing transactions.
• Monitor customer payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and collect payments on outstanding debt.
• Reconcile bank and company accounts.
• Assist with maintenance, capture and reconciliation of billed revenue per contracts.
• Assist with financial audit requests.
• Ensure accuracy of applicable balance sheet accounts.

We are seeking a hard-working, motivated Sr Billing Analyst to work with a fast-growing Revenue Operations team reporting directly into our SVP Revenue Operations to support the growing Corporate owned Trade portfolio.

• Ability to think creatively while maintaining high standards of accuracy and precision
• Industry experience – prior retail or franchise experience a plus but not required
