Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly product maintenance in Tandem MPCR, including setup and add/delete of items.
• Verify weekly STORES catalog matches Tandem/MPCR catalog.
• Coordinate pricing with division PRIME group for each item.
• Review NAPA allowance and ensure attachment to all DLA customers.
• Research and follow up on customer complaints.
• Conduct weekly (or quarterly) QC checks on auditable items.
• Work the RECON Tool daily to research and resolve pricing issues.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to the DLA Contracting Officer.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must possess good analytical and problem solving skills and strong organizational skills; must be detail oriented with ability to maintain accurate records with ability to meet deadlines. Must be able to use computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Good financial analysis skills required.
