**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Ensure the accuracy of benefits data in the Human Capital Management (HCM) system
- Coordinate with benefits vendors for effective service delivery and issue resolution
- Assist in the administration of employee leave of absence programs and maintain accurate records
- Support the administration of various employee benefits programs, ensuring timely processing of enrollments and changes
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries and conduct benefits orientations
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR role
- Knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for assisting employees with benefits inquiries
- Proficiency in data entry and management, with experience in using HCM systems like Ceridian Dayforce
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Bilingual capabilities (Spanish) preferred
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation is a plus
