Job Title: Senior / Lead Backend Developer

We’re looking for senior backend developers or tech leads who are passionate about building scalable systems, love solving complex problems, and are eager to shape the future of BI.

What You'll Do

• Design, architect, and implement scalable backend systems using Go / Node.js /Python/C#/Rust
• Own and drive key components and services within our BI product suite
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership within the team
• Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Data Engineers
• Define and enforce best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and documentation
• Identify performance bottlenecks and lead optimization efforts
• Actively participate in code reviews, system design, and decision-making processes

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development
• Proven experience in designing and building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Good understanding of system design, architecture patterns, concurrency, and distributed systems
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading small teams is a plus
• Comfortable working in a product engineering environment where quality and ownership matter

Nice to Have

• Experience with Go in a production environment
• Familiarity with BI/Analytics platforms or enterprise SaaS products
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
