Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Mid to Senior Software Developer / Engineer to play a key role in supporting our effort to integrate Odoo to our current Salesforce platform. This is a critical project, and we’re seeking someone who is proactive, solution-oriented, and ideally experienced in working with both platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Participate in the setup, customization and support of our business platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map business processes and system requirements

Develop custom modules and integrations using Python

Ensure data integrity, business continuity, and high quality for every assigned feature

Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to other team members

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across our CRM-related systems and customer portals

Desired Skills and Experience:

4+ years of professional experience in software development

Strong proficiency in Python
Previous experience with Salesforce (development, integration, etc.)

Understanding of CRM data models and business processes

Experience with APIs, data migration

Knowledge of relational databases (we use Postgres) and data driven development

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset

Version control experience (we use Github)

Job Details:

Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday with at least 4 hours of overlap during the EST business day.
