Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a dynamic Lead Architect to provide visionary technical leadership for enterprise solutions. The role requires designing scalable, secure architectures and building roadmaps while coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in IT with 5+ years in Architect/Lead Architect positions, strong Azure Cloud experience, and deep backend expertise in .NET and/or Python. A hybrid onsite/offsite work model is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in an Architect / Lead Architect role.
• Strong experience with Azure Cloud, working closely with cloud provisioning and infrastructure teams for environment setup and optimization.
• Strong background in software development with deep expertise in .NET and/or Python for backend systems.
• Proven experience leading support projects, troubleshooting production issues, and driving continuous improvement.
• Hands-on experience running POCs, evaluating new technologies, and translating business requirements into scalable architectures.
