Goodwill Industries of North Florida is seeking an enthusiastic Store Operations Associate to support the Store Manager in daily activities and drive sales results in Saint Augustine, FL.

You will help process donated goods, train and supervise staff, and ensure top-tier customer and donor service. When the Store Manager or Key Holder is unavailable, you will assist with opening and closing procedures to maintain smooth operations.
