Goodwill Of North Florida is seeking a Sr. Assistant Store Manager for the St. Augustine location. In this full-time role you will assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, drive sales results, and ensure outstanding customer and donor service.

You will help manage donated goods processing, mentor staff, and stand in for the Store Manager and Key Holder to open and close the store as needed. This position demands leadership, reliability, and a focus on community service.
