GOODWILL OF NORTH FLORIDA in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Regular Full Time Store Operations Associate to support the Store Manager in daily operations and to drive sales results. You will oversee the processing of donated goods and coordinate staff training with store managers to ensure high performance.

In the absence of the Store Manager and Key Holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store, ensuring security and daily readiness.
