Alcon is seeking a Sr. Associate, Quality (AS&T) in Sinking Spring, PA. This role focuses on routine chemical and microbiological analyses to support continuous manufacturing and product readiness.

You will lead in-house lab validation studies, assist in training, and support Quality Control audits. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of directly related experience; strong English communication required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in quality control/lac analytical science is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized microbiology tasks for product and process validation, product release, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses.
• Maintain and qualify lab equipment and ensure supplies in compliance with cGxP and SOPs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues using advanced technical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate lab results into the manufacturing process.

The Sr. Associate, Quality Control Lab - Analytical Science & Technology (AS&T) (Science/Tech/Engineering Path), is primarily responsible for performing routine chemical and microbiological analyses to ensure continuous manufacturing and product readiness. You will lead in-house lab validation studies, assist in training, and support Quality Control auditors.
