Job Description

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for the position of Sr Associate.

Position type: Part-time – Contract
Duration: 3 Months
Location: REMOTE
Hours: Minimum of 20 hours per week, up to 40 hours.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Cardiovascular IMPACT Marketing team to support project management, marketing, and operations for cross-functional initiatives.
• Support LDL-C testing programs, including contracting, KPIs, billing, and milestone tracking.
• Assist with quarterly business reviews, KPI data gathering, and presentation support.
• Manage medical congresses and expert theaters, including sponsorships, contracting, budget management, and KPI reporting.
• Create and submit MAC materials, digital and printed resources, and support marketing efforts.
• Provide operational and administrative support, including meeting logistics, event coordination, and day-to-day team support.

Required Skills

• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Pay Range & Benefits

Pay Range: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour. Compensation depends on experience, education, and other factors.
