What is the opportunity?
Requirements
As a Senior Associate Counsel, Americas Commercial, you will provide guidance to the Americas Sales team members, to ensure that all agreements are drafted and negotiated in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. This person will work with colleagues across the Omnissa Legal Team, and throughout the rest of the company, to understand key related issues and challenges, as well as stakeholder requirements, that impact the company’s agreements, in support of achieving the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
