Electronic Arts (EA) is seeking a Sr. Associate, Business Strategy - Enterprise to partner with executive leadership in shaping the company’s long-term direction. The role is hybrid, three days per week in the office in Redwood City, CA.
You will drive end-to-end workstreams, analyze consumer behavior and market shifts, and translate insights into strategic recommendations for growth and operational priorities across EA’s Experiences, publishing, marketing, and technology teams.

The Corporate Strategy team partners with EA's executive leadership to shape the long-term direction of the company and drive enterprise-wide strategic decision-making. As a Sr. Associate, Business Strategy - Enterprise, you will own workstreams end-to-end and drive insights that inform senior leaders across the C-Suite, commercial, marketing, and technology organizations.
You will report to the Sr. Director, Business Strategy - Enterprise. This role is hybrid, 3 days / week in the office in Redwood City, CA.

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and other incentive programs.
