Location and Compensation

Salary Range: $21.63 - $42.23 per hour. Compensation may vary outside this range depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and location.

Your Role

The primary mission of the Senior A&T Technician is to support various work centers, including electronics, pump module assembly, system assembly & test, and final assembly, to ensure seamless production flow and high-quality output. The Technician will primarily build and assemble modules, cables and dry pumps using engineered drawings and documented requirements. The Senior A&T Technician must meet the build standard as defined in the assembly and test procedures and maintain a continuous throughput in their area of responsibility. In addition, the Sr. Assembly & Test Technician will train and mentor technicians as required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test modules, cables and dry pumps in line with the daily production plan, focusing on quality and output targets.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Follow assembly and test instructions and procedures to meet output quality requirements.
• Support training of team members and collaborate to drive improvement and efficiency.
• Maintain a good working relationship with department colleagues and supporting departments.
• Communicate and seek guidance when errors or difficulties occur in builds.
• Perform quality work checks to ensure the assembly meets quality standards.
• Train and mentor other technicians as required.

• High School diploma or equivalent / associated experience.
• Knowledge and experience of the principles of mechanical component construction and assembly and test.
• Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings and diagrams.
• Experience with hand tools and small power tools, including pneumatic.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Minimum 2 years experience in assembly & test in a manufacturing setting.
