We’re seeking a visionary Experiential Art Director to lead the creative development and execution of immersive brand experiences for large-scale, high-profile events. This role requires a dynamic creative leader with a strong portfolio of work for iconic global brands, blending storytelling, spatial design, and brand strategy to create unforgettable moments that captivate audiences and deliver cultural impact.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute experiential campaigns, installations, and environments for major brands across live events, pop-ups, activations, and multi-sensory experiences.
• Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, producers, and designers to bring brand narratives to life through spatial and interactive design.
• Lead the visual development process from initial sketches and mood boards to 3D renders and final production files.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines while pushing boundaries to innovate and surprise.
• Guide and inspire cross-functional teams through pre-production, fabrication, and on-site execution.
• Stay current on design trends, technologies, and cultural shifts to inform creative concepts and maintain industry leadership.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in experiential design or art direction, ideally within agency or brand environments.
• Proven track record of creating impactful experiences for high-profile, globally recognized brands.
• Strong design skills across spatial, environmental, and graphic disciplines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Cinema 4D), and presentation tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and be on-site during key event phases.

Preferred:

• Experience working with luxury, fashion, or tech brands.
