Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Architect - Enterprise Application - Oracle to lead cloud delivery and advisory efforts. The role focuses on planning, executing, and overseeing cloud migrations, with emphasis on performance, security, and cost efficiency. Remote-friendly location with Atlanta-area eligibility.

The candidate will guide architecture reviews, ensure high availability, and coordinate across technical teams and external partners to deliver scalable solutions for global enterprises.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Master’s degree in Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Oracle Fusion Middleware (FMW) 11g Forms Developer certification.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, automated testing, change management and client relations.
• Knowledge of Oracle Apps Financials, SCM and OTBI, Siebel CRM and PeopleSoft administration.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop high-level project plans for cloud projects including scope timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Cloud Strategy: Contribute to the development of a cloud evolving strategy that aligns with the organization's goals including DevOps and automation.
• Develop and maintain AWS Cloud Services in accordance with security and standards.
• Present the solution definition documentation to Architecture review council.
• Design architecture for high availability and security-first approach.
• Design architecture for sizing / scalability and performance.
• Remediate availability regulatory or performance-related deficiencies.
• Advise client on changes to and adoptions of new cloud technology.
• Remain current in cloud technology, virtualization, compute, storage and management products.
• Resource Management: Manage project resources including teams, budgets and third-party vendors.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Technical Oversight: Provide technical oversight during migration activities and new initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring: Implement monitoring and reporting mechanisms.
• Quality Assurance: Establish QA processes for migrations and performance objectives.
• Cost Management: Monitor and optimize cloud costs.

Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Sr. Architect - Cloud Delivery / Advisory Leader. As a Cloud Delivery/Advisory Leader you will lead and oversee the planning execution and successful completion of cloud projects within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless migration to cloud environments day-day operational excellence aiming to optimize performance scalability and cost-effectiveness.

• Cost Management: Monitor and optimize cloud costs ensuring that migrations deliver cost-effective solutions aligned with budgetary constraints.


• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of migration processes configurations and best practices for future reference.
