Clariant is currently looking for a Senior Applied Catalyst Technology Engineer to support our Catalysts business in the Americas. Reporting to the Head of Applied Catalyst Technology, Americas, this regional role provides advanced technical service and works in close partnership with Sales throughout the customer sales cycle. The Senior Applied Catalyst Technology Engineer will serve as a key technical resource for customers, providing catalyst performance evaluations, technical proposals, operating optimization, onsite support, troubleshooting, and recommendations designed to maximize catalyst performance and process efficiency. This position will also collaborate closely with Technology Advisors, R&D, Production, Sales, and Product Management to strengthen technical capabilities and continuously improve our catalyst applications and solutions. This is a customer-facing role requiring flexibility in working hours and the ability to travel, sometimes on short notice.
