This is a product-focused engineering role- if you are a strong mechanical or structural engineer who enjoys owning product design from concept through validation and launch, this role offers significant visibility and impact.

What You’ll Do

Lead development of new composite structural products and enhancements to existing product lines

Translate performance requirements into engineered design solutions

Perform structural analysis and calculations (hand calcs, FEA, modeling, etc.)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering

5+ years of experience in product development or structural design

Strong background in structural analysis and performance-based design

Experience working through product validation and testing cycles

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience with composite materials

Familiarity with industry codes or standards (any structural codes)

3D CAD experience (SolidWorks or similar)

PE license or path toward licensure

The compensation range for this position is $98,174 - $138,099 annually. Final offers may vary based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The posted range represents the expected earning potential for this position within the current organizational budget and market conditions.
