Now Hiring: Senior Appliance Service Professional – Nashville, TN

We seek an experienced and motivated Senior Appliance Service Professional to service and repair household appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and more. You will work closely with our customer experience team to provide top-tier service and make a difference in homeowners' lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair various home appliances
• Conduct performance tests and troubleshoot issues like leaks or electrical faults
• Disassemble appliances to inspect components for wear or damage
• Replace or repair motors, circuit boards, heating elements, belts, etc.
• Use schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools
• Ensure EPA compliance in refrigerant recovery and recycling
• Maintain a clean and stocked service vehicle
• Educate customers on repair options and preventive care
• Follow company systems to ensure quality and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in appliance repair, including sealed systems
• Strong diagnostic, technical, and mechanical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organizational skills for accurate documentation
• Willingness to mentor and collaborate with other technicians
