Job summary

OEConnection LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the partner integration space across our mechanical platforms, shaping API strategy with engineering, business development and partner teams.

Job Summary

Owns the partner integration space across OEC's mechanical platforms, working in close partnership with engineering, business development, and partner-facing teams to define and execute the company's API strategy. Drives end-to-end product execution for partner-facing integrations, from initial technical discovery through onboarding and ongoing monetization.

What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap for OEC's partner integration surfaces, including partner-facing APIs, punchout and native integration pathways, authentication and access management, and partner onboarding workflows.
• Define and evangelize OEC's API strategy, working with leadership to establish a clear vision for how partners connect, transact, and scale on OEC's platforms.
• Implement OKRs and success metrics for the integration and partner ecosystem, maintaining a measurement first culture.
• Develop and manage experiments and phased rollouts to improve key integration metrics including partner activation rate, integration time-to-value, transaction volume, and API adoption.
• Lead partner-facing technical product delivery, partnering directly with engineering, product design, and partner/BD teams to design, sequence, and ship new integration capabilities.
• Own integration qualification and onboarding tooling, including partner questionnaires, technical requirements documentation, connection type and authentication standards, and self-service onboarding paths.
• Own API governance and drives versioning, documentation quality, and platform reliability in partnership with OEC's engineering and platform teams.
• Perform discovery with partners and internal stakeholders to understand integration needs and identify product opportunities, using both qualitative partner feedback and quantitative usage data to prioritize, validate, and drive product decisions.
• Collaborate with business development and partnerships teams to structure monetization models for integrations, including subscription, transaction fee, and punchout-based approaches.
• Present product updates, integration roadmap strategy, and performance metrics to multi departmental stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency across the organization.
• Drive end-to-end product execution by writing clear PRDs and high-quality user stories with thoughtful acceptance criteria, maintaining a prioritized product backlog, leading trade-off discussions with key partners, and hosting development ceremonies to keep the integrations squad aligned and moving forward.

What You Bring

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required, with a focus in Business, Computer Science, Economics, STEM concentration, or related analytical discipline. In the absence of a degree, equivalent work experience directly related to the key responsibilities of the role will be considered as a substitute for the degree.

Must also be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in technical product management with at least 5 years of experience managing APIs, including versioning, documentation, developer experience, and platform governance.
• At least 3 years of experience with B2B integrations, including partner onboarding, technical qualification, and integration lifecycle management.
• Direct experience shipping partner-facing products or APIs with accountability for adoption metrics and demonstrable business impact.
• Hands-on experience with integration patterns and technologies such as REST APIs, webhooks, punchout (cXML/OCI), and single sign-on/authentication standards (OAuth, SAML).
• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with engineering, business development, and partnerships teams.
• A proven track record owning product delivery for both partner/developer-facing tooling and internal integration management systems.
• Significant experience using both qualitative partner feedback and quantitative data to identify areas of opportunity and inform prioritization.
• Experience collaborating with business development and partnerships teams to structure monetization and commercial models for integrations.
• Ability to define and manage phased rollouts or experiments to optimize integration adoption and partner success metrics, with a bias toward measurement and instrumentation.
• Comfortable working with product analytics tools (ex. Segment, Pendo, Sigma).
• Can effectively coordinate cross-team integration work and manage dependencies across multiple squads.
• Strong business acumen, with an ability to articulate the value of integration and API investments in terms of revenue impact, partner retention, and competitive differentiation.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, and confident presenting product updates and strategy to technology and business leaders.

Travel

Travel for this position is required to attend team on-sites and other meetings, up to 15% of work time.
