Blue Yonder Defense Solutions, LLC. seeks a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist / AP Lead for our Dallas hybrid team. This senior IC role focuses on GovCon AP, ensuring compliance with FAR/DCAA, and performing complex invoice reviews to support month-end close and audits.

You will maintain audit-ready documentation, oversee timekeeping governance, and drive accurate reconciliation of timekeeping data with payroll and the general ledger.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of AP experience, GovCon preferred.
• FAR cost principles and DCAA familiarity expected.
• Experience supporting audits in regulated environments.
• ERP/accounting system experience (Costpoint, QBO, NetSuite, Workday).

The Senior AP Specialist serves as the AP subject-matter expert for FAR allowability, DCAA compliance, and complex invoice review, while supporting month-end close and audit activities. This includes daily compliance monitoring, approval hierarchy integrity, reconciliation to payroll and the general ledger, and audit readiness for time and labor data.
