Onward Search is seeking a Sr. Android Developer for a temporary engagement in Florida. Design, develop, and support Android apps using Java and Kotlin, with REST API, microservices, and cloud integration.

You will apply 5–8+ years of Android experience, deep knowledge of the Android SDK, and Agile collaboration to deliver scalable mobile solutions while ensuring code quality through testing and performance tuning.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of Android-focused software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Kotlin for mobile apps.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, OS, hardware integration, and mobile architecture.
• Experience consuming REST APIs and web services.
• Backend knowledge (Java/J2EE, Node.js, or Python) and microservices/AWS cloud familiarity.

Responsibilities
