SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

The Treasury Senior Analyst is primarily responsible for assisting the Assistant Treasurer with managing and executing treasury functions including bank relationship management, foreign exchange operations, cash management, policies and treasury operations. Additional responsibilities include cash pooling, investments, financial risk management and corporate treasury initiatives.

The position is under the supervision of the Assistant Treasurer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Primary responsibilities are:

• Manage cash and banking operations (includes pooling, structure, bank account services, bank relationships, etc.)
• Ownership of intercompany cash planning, funding, netting and investments
• Manage intercompany loan portfolio, coordinating with Tax, Legal, and Accounting
• Develop cash flow forecasts and provide detailed consolidated cash flow projections
• Execute investing strategies and invest excess funds based on safety and preservation of principle in accordance with the company’s investment policy
• Support administration and analysis of receivables securitization facility
• Formulate, communicate, and supervise management of departmental policies and procedures
• Project management for Treasury strategic initiatives
• Prepare presentations for senior management
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Incorporate AI functionality for simplification of Treasury processes

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience Required:

Additional details:

This role is hybrid between Princeton, NJ and remote. Office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Salary Pay Range:

$81,650.00 - $112,700.00 USD Salary

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
