SC Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst, Supply Planning in the United States to manage a regional supplier and component portfolio, ensuring balanced materials for internal production and aligning plans with business priorities.
You will drive MPS, DRP, and MRP processes using SAP and Kinaxis, optimize inventory and collaborate across teams to support the S&OP process, with ongoing process improvements and data-driven decisions.

As the Senior Analyst, Supply Planning , you will manage an established portfolio of suppliers and components that support multiple regions and customers. You will be accountable for ensuring a balanced supply of materials to support internal production while partnering cross-functionally to align supply plans with business priorities.In this role, you will focus on efficiency, strong cross-functional collaboration, continuous learning, and process improvement. SC Johnson's total compensation packages are at or above industry levels. In addition to salary, total packages may include bonuses, long-term incentives, matching 401(k) contributions and profit sharing based on company profitability, job level and years of service. The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 77,040.00 USD - 101,115.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives.
