Job summary

E15 Group in New York is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Analytics to leverage data for actionable insights across food & beverage operations for top clients. You will uncover meaningful findings to improve guest experience, financial results, and operational efficiency, measuring outcomes of your recommendations firsthand.

You will join 140+ data and analytics colleagues to deploy proprietary products, build dashboards, and oversee ad-hoc projects while interacting with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, economics, finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an analytical or consulting role.
• Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency to support teammates and stakeholders.
• Ability to pivot as needs and priorities change.
• Acute attention to detail and track record of delivering pristine reports.
• Intermediate PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Foodservice experience preferred, but not required.
• Desirable: SQL, Python, R, Claude Code, Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Explore operational, financial, and experiential data from internal and external sources with curiosity.
• Develop dashboards, analyses, tools, and process automations that will improve KPIs, operational efficiency, financial outcomes, guest experience, and more.
• Report operational and financial metrics and calculate the economic and experiential impact of your work.
• Communicate findings clearly to ensure alignment with the Director of Strategy and Analytics.
