Sr Analyst, Security – Special Programs Security
Security Clearance
Active and transferable DoD Secret clearance required. Candidate must hold or obtain TS/SCI or higher clearance. Must be U.S. citizen.
Responsibilities
The Sr Analyst, Security will perform a wide variety of tasks as part of the Special Programs Security team. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Administer security procedures (NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, and JSIG) related to personnel processing, media control, marking and control of documents/materials, security education, visitor control, and destruction of classified materials.
- Develop, prepare, and implement local Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Operations Security (OPSEC) Plans, and proprietary test plans utilizing risk management principles.
- Support the testing, shipment, and storage of classified materials.
- Implement a media control program in accordance with JSIG requirements.
- Provide security oversight and management to subcontractors and suppliers via DD Form 254 or other contractual methods.
- Maintain a secure facility in accordance with ICD 705.
- Conduct and/or participate in internal reviews and Government inspections.
- Investigate security infractions/violations and prepare reports specifying potential loss or compromise and associated risk to the program(s).
- Collaborate and assist the ISSO/ISSM on implementation of JSIG requirements.
- Escort individuals across business locations (valid driver’s license required).
- Travel on company business as needed.
Qualifications
You Must Have
- University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree.
- Experience conducting or supporting security audits, inspections, or internal reviews in compliance with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and/or ICD 705.
- Active and transferable Secret clearance at application time.
- Ability to obtain TS/SCI or higher clearance or program access.
We Prefer
- Experience in national security or related field.
- Experience collaborating with ISSO or ISSM teams to enhance compliance with JSIG requirements.
- Completed training with DCSA and/or CDSE, including achievement of Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) or equivalent.

Salary
68,900USD – 131,100USD (approximate estimate).
