Job summary

Evolent is seeking a Sr Analyst to join our Pricing team in the United States. You will contribute to pricing models and financial analyses that underpin decisions for our fastest growing client segment.

Collaborate with Growth, Analytics, Operations and Finance to produce timely reports, maintain documentation, and develop templates. The role calls for rigorous Excel modeling, strong communication and a proactive, detail oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting or another quantitative field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Finance-related field.
• Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with a consultative approach to financial modeling.
• Extraordinarily detail oriented.
• Self-motivated with the ability to formulate and communicate your own solutions to tactical problems.
• Strong analytical abilities, with a track record of identifying insights from financial information and translating into business analytics and recommendations.
• Candidate who thrives with growth-driven changes.
• Familiarity with U.S. Health System and financial elements, preferred.
• Familiarity with risk and non-risk pricing/contracting, strongly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of GAAP, preferred.

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $85,000. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
