Popeyes seeks a Sr. Analyst, Operations Partner to drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and brand standards across assigned restaurants.

You will identify gaps, deliver training, and embed routines with franchise leadership to improve service, food quality, and the guest experience. You will coach GMs and leadership teams, analyze guest feedback and operational data, and partner with Franchise Business Partners to align coaching with business plans.

This role reports to the Popeyes Franchise Business Partner (FBP) and franchisee restaurant leadership teams to identify gaps, deliver training, and embed consistent routines that improve service, food quality, and the overall guest experience.Roles & ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Bring to PopeyesObsessed with guest experience and operational detail; you believe small wins in execution add up to big brand impact.Detail-oriented and disciplined, ensuring routines are implemented with consistency and accountability.Passionate about developing frontline leaders, equipping them with tools, training, and confidence to deliver great results.Coach restaurant general managers (RGM) and leadership teams on critical drivers of guest satisfaction: speed of service, order accuracy, food quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and safety.Track execution against Elevate routines and other operational frameworks, ensuring compliance with brand standards.Use guest satisfaction surveys, FSS scores, and complaint data to identify underperforming restaurants.Deliver in-restaurant coaching and training during new restaurant openings (NROs) and distressed restaurant turnarounds.Partner with FBP to align restaurant-level operations coaching with broader franchise business plans.Provide monthly updates to FBP on progress within assigned restaurants, highlighting commitments, follow-ups, and results.Spend 4 days per week in restaurants, conducting assessments, coaching teams, and reinforcing brand standards. Typically visiting 2-3 restaurants/day depending on purpose and geography.Join restaurant visits with FBPs, share operational insights, and align coaching plans with business priorities.Prepare visit reports, update tracking systems, and maintain communication with Field & Ops Services leadership.Participate in FBP-led business reviews when operations improvement is the top priority, presenting operational insights and progress updates.Conduct deep-dive operations reviews with underperforming restaurants, escalating chronic issues as needed.Support systemwide initiatives (NRO support, Elevate rollouts, seed training for brand initiatives).Skills & Qualifications:What Helps You Bring the HeatBachelor’s degree or equivalent operational experienceAt least 3 years of restaurant operations leadership experience in QSR.Proven track record of improving operational execution and guest satisfaction.Experience in training, coaching, or leading restaurant managers/teams.Strong coaching and training ability, with practical “in-the-moment” feedback skills.Excellent knowledge of QSR operating routines, guest service fundamentals, and food safety.Ability to analyze guest and operational data, then translate into clear action plans.Highly organized, disciplined, and comfortable managing a large portfolio.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability travel up to 75%, including regular nights/weekend and occasionally overnight.Resilient and hands-on, willing to spend the majority of time in restaurants.Committed to growing the Popeyes brand by raising operational standards consistently in assigned territory#popeyesBenefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
