Job summary

Restaurant Brands International Inc. is seeking a Development Manager for Popeyes US East to lead a fast-paced openings and remodels pipeline, partnering with franchisees and field teams to drive net restaurant growth and brand standards.

Onsite five days a week, the role coordinates with Franchising, Deals, Market Planning, Legal, Real Estate, Design, Construction, Tech and Field, and presents to executive leadership while guiding development decisions and amendments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related field required.
• 3–5+ years of relevant work experience; project management experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are required.
• Technical Excel modeling and high-level data analytics skills; Smartsheet experience preferred.
• Ability to decipher ambiguous, complex information and present clearly; high integrity and accountability.

• Build relationships with franchisees to ensure swift execution of development pipeline.
• Delivers and executes remodel plans to bring Popeyes brand identity to the market.

The Development Lead is a project manager and invaluable execution partner, leading a site from property control through the restaurant opening. Additionally, the Development Lead is a self-starter who is responsible for ensuring the organization achieves its ambitious goals for net restaurant growth and restaurant image.RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration.
