RTX Enterprise Services in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico, seeks a Mobility Device Management (MDM) Engineer to join a small team of engineers. You will build, test and implement MDM solutions, translating vendor products and roadmaps into production changes without disrupting existing processes.

The role requires deep technical skills in mobile devices, security, and integration across Raytheon Technologies products and customer environments. Strong problem solving and collaboration are essential.

Formación

• A University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with preparing and delivering written and verbal reports and general communications to audiences of varying levels of seniority and technical ability.
• Experience collaborating and coordinating activities with stakeholders and infrastructure teams on upgrades, installations, and integrations.
• Experience with either on-premise and Cloud MDM Solutions.
• Experience with MAM deployments.
• Experience with Control Access Policies.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory and networking.
• Experience working with automation scripting.

Responsabilidades

The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico:

The Mobility Device Management (MDM) Engineer will be responsible for working within a small team of dedicated engineers to build, test and implement product solutions based on a set standard of requirements. This includes the ability to translate vendor products, product code, roadmap services and implement without negatively impacting current processes. The MDM Engineer will provide the engineering and fourth level support for Mobile device, connectivity, and MDM related issues. This role will also architect and implement changes to both Sandbox and Production MDM Environments . The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding Mobile Device management tool, Mobile security, and how products integrates into Raytheon Technologies and customers. Individual will be responsible for understanding overall product, how to manage, support and initiate changes including the ability to demonstrate deep technical skills, proficiency with the design, implementation and support of Mobile hardware, Applications, and MDM tools.
