Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a remote MDM/Identity administrator for Puerto Rico and US-based operations. The role focuses on deploying and managing MDM solutions across devices, configuring applications, and enforcing security and compliance standards.

The candidate will work with Azure AD, networking, scripting, and multiple MDM platforms to support secure mobility across the enterprise. A degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering written and verbal reports to varying seniority levels.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders and infra teams on upgrades and installations.
• Experience with on‑premise and cloud MDM solutions.
• Experience with MAM deployments.
• Experience with control access policies.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory and networking.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as MobileIron and Intune.
• Configure and deploy mobile devices, applications, and configurations based on RTX and BU requirements.
• Develop and enforce mobile security policies, compliance standards, and procedures.
• Participate in vendor meetings to ensure vendor is delivering services timely and aware of product issues.
• Participate in troubleshooting, drive gaps and issues to resolution.
• Provide support, administration, maintenance, monitoring, backup, contingency, for multiple MDM technologies and environments.
• Maintain existing and develop new documentation (SOPs and System Architecture Guides) following templates, policies and standards.

What You Will Do

• Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as MobileIron and Intune
• Configure and deploy mobile devices, applications, and configurations based on RTX and BU requirements.

• Provides support, (administration, maintenance, monitoring, backup, contingency), for multiple MDM technologies and environments
• Maintain existing and, as required, develop new documentation that will include but is not limited to SOPs and System Architecture Guides and diagrams adhering to organizational templates, policies, and standards.
• Refer to written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only.

Qualifications

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with preparing and delivering written and verbal reports and general communications to audiences of varying levels of seniority and technical ability.
• Experience collaborating and coordinating activities with stakeholders and infrastructure teams on upgrades, installations, and integrations.
• Experience with either on-premise and Cloud MDM Solutions.
• Experience with MAM deployments.
• Experience with Control Access Policies.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory and networking.
• Experience working with automation scripting.
• Experience with O365 GCC-High (preferred).
• Experience multiple MDM solutions such as Workspace One, Mobileiron, Intune, JAMF, etc.
• Experience with Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
• Strong analytical problem solving, priority setting, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and lead through influence to accomplish challenging goals & objectives.
• Excellent understanding of document control, update processes and tools.
• Must work well under pressure and have the flexibility to manage multiple demands.
• Self-starter and independent thinker who is capable of finding and developing solutions.
