What Solution Operations Contributes To Cardinal Health

Solution Operations is responsible for supporting the timely and quality sale, installation, and monitoring of Cardinal Health products and services; may also provide product and service education to facilitate technology adoption and workflow change management.

What is Cardinal Health Inventory Optimization Solution (IO)?

Cardinal Health Inventory Optimization Solution (IO) is a web-based perpetual inventory management solution that provides pharmacies with inventory visibility, enhanced reporting capabilities and purchase optimization. It delivers “just-in-time” replenishment, driven by automated order points, helping pharmacies make more informed purchasing decisions.

Accountabilities

  • Manage key aspects of customer onboarding and drive solution Go-Live. Activities include:
    • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders prior to Go-Live (Sales, Operations, Account Management)
    • Prepare customers for Go-Live (e.g. inventory training, ad-hoc support, etc.)
    • Provide remote/on-site customer training & support during Go-Lives
  • Ongoing sales enablement of/consultation with partners on Independent Sales Force (ISF) Activities include: On-demand training, pipeline management, solution demo support and ad-hoc support through all stages of the sales cycle as needed
  • Own ISF training for IO solution selling
  • Assist senior team members in identifying opportunities for optimization and solutioning to ensure continuous improvement of IO customer onboarding experience
Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 2-4 years relevant experience, preferred
  • Ability to travel ~25%
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Independent self-starter who works well with minimal direction
  • Highly adaptable to change; this role is continuously evolving with the needs of our customers
  • Must be comfortable working in gray areas

What is expected of you and others at this level

  • Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
  • Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity
  • Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes actions to resolve
  • Applies judgement within defined parameters
  • Receives general guidance may receive more detailed instructions on new projects
  • Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy

Anticipated salary range: $67,500-$96,400
