  • Monitor program health through audits and metrics, ensuring all activities align with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to transition new programs or policy changes into the Shared Services operational workflow.
  • Centralized Associate & HR Support
  • Act as a Tier 2 escalation point for complex associate inquiries that require deep policy knowledge or system expertise.
  • Provide dedicated operational support to the internal HR Business Partner (HRBP) community, streamlining their administrative tasks so they can focus on strategy.
  • Operational Excellence & Data Governance
  • Conduct regular audits of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure 100% data integrity.
  • Identify bottlenecks in current HR workflows and design scalable, automated solutions to improve the associate experience.
  • Maintain and update the HR Knowledge Base and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Generate HR operational dashboards to track SLA performance and case volume trends as needed.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting for the Director, HR Operations to support strategic decision-making.
What you'll need to be successful:
  • Bachelor's Degree, Human Resources, Business Administration
  • 4 - 7 Years of experience preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive HR or HR Shared Services experience with a focus on compliance-driven programs.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle).
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and drive performance outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; able to influence and collaborate across levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to balance daily execution with long-term program strategy.

The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $80,200.00 - $94,400.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. For remote roles where the final candidate resides in Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Oregon or Washington, state required pay thresholds will be factored into base salary.
