This role is designed for a process-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of operational excellence and associate experience. You will manage complex HR programs, provide escalated support to our global associate population, and act as a critical resource for the internal HR community. Reporting directly to the Director, HR Operations, you will play a key role in driving data integrity, process automation, and the continuous improvement of our HR service delivery model.**What you’ll do in this role:*** **HR Program Ownership** - Lead the end-to-end administration of specific HR programs (e.g., Backgrounds Investigations & Pre-Employment Screening Program, Visa Sponsorship Program, Unemployment Claims Management, etc). - Monitor program health through audits and metrics, ensuring all activities align with company policy and legal requirements. - Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to transition new programs or policy changes into the Shared Services operational workflow.* **Centralized Associate & HR Support** - Act as a Tier 2 escalation point for complex associate inquiries that require deep policy knowledge or system expertise. - Provide dedicated operational support to the internal HR Business Partner (HRBP) community, streamlining their administrative tasks so they can focus on strategy.* **Operational Excellence & Data Governance** - Conduct regular audits of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure 100% data integrity. - Identify bottlenecks in current HR workflows and design scalable, automated solutions to improve the associate experience. - Maintain and update the HR Knowledge Base and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service delivery.* **Reporting & Analytics -** Generate HR operational dashboards to track SLA performance and case volume trends as needed. - Provide ad-hoc reporting for the Director, HR Operations to support strategic decision-making. **What you’ll need to be successful:*** Bachelor's Degree, Human Resources, Business Administration* 4 - 7 Years of experience preferred* 5+ years of progressive HR or HR Shared Services experience with a focus on compliance-driven programs.* Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle).* In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and procedures.* Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and drive performance outcomes.* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; able to influence and collaborate across levels of the organization.* Proven ability to balance daily execution with long-term program strategy.The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $80,200.00 - $94,400.00 per year.
