Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Finance - Data Governance to oversee data quality and governance for supplier, customer, and financial master data within Shared Services.

You will partner across AP, AR, Procurement, Finance, IT, and business units to optimize data structures and processes, driving standardization and automation. The role emphasizes governance, documentation, and reporting with opportunities to influence ERP initiatives and data enhancements across the finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-7 years of experience in Shared Services, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, Data Governance, Master Data, or related areas.
• Experience supporting supplier and customer data management processes and controls.
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data reporting tools preferred.
• Experience with workflow automation, data quality management, and governance initiatives preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Continuous Improvement or Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supplier, customer, and financial master data to identify quality issues, duplicate records, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and support supplier and customer onboarding, maintenance, validation, and modification processes within established governance standards.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce master data governance policies, procedures, controls, and documentation.
• Partner with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to improve master data structures, workflows, and business processes.
• Perform data quality reviews and audits to ensure completeness, accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and resolution of master data issues impacting transactions, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Support ERP system enhancements, data migrations, acquisitions, integrations, and testing activities related to master data.
• Develop KPIs, service metrics, and reporting to monitor data quality, process effectiveness, and operational performance.
• Identify and implement automation, standardization, and continuous improvement opportunities that increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to business users related to supplier, customer, and master data processes.

The Senior Analyst, Data Governance serves as a key resource responsible for the quality, integrity, governance, and optimization of supplier, customer, and financial master data across Shared Services operations. This role partners with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to analyze data structures, improve master data processes, support ERP governance, and implement scalable practices that enhance efficiency, controls, reporting accuracy, and customer service. What We Offer

$70,000 - $75,000 + Bonus

Actual pay is based on experience, qualifications, and location of the role. Roles may be eligible for annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
