Job summary

Novolex is seeking a supply chain leader to partner with the supply chains of strategic, cross‑business unit customers to improve service levels through direct contact and data exchange. You will interface with strategic customers on forecast and supply, resolve supply issues, and drive improvements in service, costs, and inventory turns.

You will play a key role in new product launches from concept to completion and communicate weekly with customers to align forecast changes and constraints.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required with emphasis in sales, planning, or operations management preferred.
• 5+ years of sales, business, or supply chain experience.
• Experience working with Food Service Distribution Broadliners (Sysco, GFS, USF, Ed Don, etc.) a plus.
• Ability to establish and maintain direct customer relationships.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Strong computer literacy – SAP, JDA, and Microsoft Office preferred.

Salary: $83,000 - $139,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. At Novolex, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
