Job description

Opportunity

This role supports the Product Supply organization by driving strategic project management office activities across the co‑manufacturing portfolio. The Senior Analyst translates business priorities into structured work plans, governance, reporting, and cross‑functional follow‑through to improve supply reliability, execution discipline, and decision‑making. The role partners with internal procurement, planning, finance, quality, logistics, and external co‑manufacturing stakeholders to monitor initiatives, surface risks, and track delivery against milestones. The position contributes to scalable processes, stronger operating rhythm, and visibility across the broader co‑manufacturing strategy.

What Your Impact Will Be
  • Support the strategic PMO agenda for co‑manufacturing initiatives, including project planning, milestone management, risk tracking, issue resolution support, and status reporting.
  • Build and maintain integrated project plans, action logs, governance trackers, and executive‑ready updates for key Product Supply priorities.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams such as Procurement, Planning, Quality, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, and regional supply teams to align process, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Track performance of co‑manufacturing initiatives against defined objectives, KPIs, savings targets, service metrics, and implementation milestones.
  • Analyze data and synthesize insights related to capacity, supply continuity, inventory implications, cost, and operational readiness to support business decisions.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc materials for leadership reviews, steering committees, and project governance forums.
  • Identify project risks, timeline slippage, and execution gaps, then recommend mitigation actions and escalation pathways when needed.
  • Support onboarding, transition, expansion, or optimization activities for co‑manufacturing partners in coordination with key stakeholders.
  • Drive consistency in templates, reporting standards, meeting cadences, and PMO routines to strengthen execution discipline across the portfolio.
  • Document decisions, assumptions, and action items to ensure follow‑through and transparency across stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process simplification opportunities and standard work that enhance speed, visibility, and collaboration.
  • Ensure project documentation and communications are organized, current, and aligned with internal governance expectations.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree – Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree – Master’s degree or relevant advanced certification is a plus.
  • Typically 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, PMO, strategic planning, operations, manufacturing, procurement, or related analytical roles.
  • Experience supporting complex cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies.
  • Experience in co‑manufacturing, external manufacturing, network strategy, or supplier operations is preferred.
  • Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, or other fast‑moving operational environments is preferred.
  • Strong project management fundamentals, including planning, tracking, prioritization, and follow‑through.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into practical actions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong ability to create concise, executive‑level materials.
  • Working knowledge of supply chain processes such as demand and supply planning, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, and logistics.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively across levels and functions.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping teams bring structure to evolving priorities.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with a service‑oriented, solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Knowledge of project management systems, dashboarding tools, ERP platforms, or visualization tools is helpful.
  • General knowledge of New Product Introduction Processes.
  • Lean Six Sigma (or similar) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving oneself.
