The ideal candidate in this role will have excellent written and/or verbal communication, analytical skills and demonstrate ability to think critically and operate autonomously.
Senior Business Analysts will be able to synthesize findings through root cause analysis and/or data analytics, knowledge from previous projects and relationships with business partners in order to recommend, facilitate and drive process improvements. Analysts will see the process through from start to finish in terms of gathering data, communicating with stakeholders, implementation, and post-implementation plans.

Salary/ Wage Range
$78,000.00-$117,000.00 / year If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
