Revenue Operations supports the DaVita Village through arranging dialysis placements, verifying coverage, generating and submitting claims, and coordinating with payors. This position will lead analyses, solve complex problems, improve processes, and understand the intricacies of the Revenue Cycle to impact the organization’s bottom line and elevate ROPS to World Class standards.

As an Analyst within ROPS, you will join a team of highly motivated individuals and be a key player in enhancing business outcomes for operational teams that impact DaVita’s revenue cycle.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform complex analysis including analytical modeling.
• Assess and quantify the business impact of various efforts.
• Develop automated reporting around key business drivers.
• Utilize analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, VBA, Python, Access, etc.

Problem Solving:

• Break down complex problems into manageable parts and develop robust solutions.
• Synthesize analytical findings to recommend and facilitate strategic and process improvements within the revenue cycle.
• Challenge the status quo to identify transformative change.

Project & Stakeholder Management:

• Influence change and drive results through effective communication.
• Partner with leaders across teams, external vendors, and insurance companies.
• Create and maintain project plans; lead project updates for stakeholders.
• Manage resources and time aligned with priorities and work value.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 6-8 years’ experience or relevant work experience; Master’s preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with SQL, Tableau, VBA, Python, Access preferred.
• Quantitative and problem-solving skills, including analytical modeling.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
